Join the FLPN – Greater Melbourne at the Box Hill Town Hall for a presentation by Victoria Legal Aid’s (VLA) Child Support Legal Service on the Child Support System. The presenters will provide an overview of the Child Support System, covering content such as:
the types of child support agreements,
the process and formula informing child support assessment,
what to do when you disagree with a child support decision,
managing parenting disputes over child support,
and much more!
The presentation will conclude with audience questions. This presentation is designed for community service organization practitioners working with families or anyone looking for an opportunity to learn about the Child Support System.

VLA can assist clients with issues surrounding childbirth expenses, child support agreements, child support assessments, what to do when you disagree with a child support decision, assistance with the Family Tax Benefit and child support, child support payments, adult child maintenance for over-18's and proving parentage matters.
