In 2021 the courts will offer significant family dispute resolution events and practitioners can expect to see orders for such events made with increasing frequency.
In this session the Courts’ Executive Director of Dispute Resolution will provide an overview of these and other court-based ADR events and provide tips on what to expect and how best to prepare.
There will be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions during the livestream of the webinar using the ‘chat’ function.
Registered participants will be emailed a link for the webinar within 24 hours of the scheduled start time and will also have access to a recording of the webinar for a period of time following the live stream
