With the recent commencement Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA), the National Contravention List has been launched to tackle issues of non-compliance with court orders. Breaches are to be dealt with in a quick, safe and cost-effective way under the List. Parties may file in the List after having complied with the Court's pre-action procedures (https://www.fcfcoa.gov.au/media/94/edit).
