The FCFCOA: Central Practice Direction – 10 Core Principles

The newly commenced Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) is accompanied by a Central Practice Direction for the family law jurisdiction. It aims to outline a nationally consistent case management system in the FCFCOA.
The principles set out in the Family Law Practice Case Management Central Practice Direction set out the principles that parties and practitioners are expected to fully comply with.
