The FCFCOA: Case Management Pathway

With the commencement of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA), there is a new Case Management Pathway in family law. The way that family law matters will progress through the Court has changed.


The new case management pathway places particular emphasis on envisaging dispute resolution opportunities, pursuant to Core Objective #5 off the Central Practice Directions (https://www.fcfcoa.gov.au/fl/pd/fam-cpd).
