The Attorney-General's Department has released its Consultation Paper on Operationalising the National Strategic Framework for Information Sharing Between the Family Law and Family Violence and Child Protection Systems.
The purpose of this paper is to inform and seek feedback from non-government stakeholders about the development of the National Strategic Framework for Information Sharing between the Family Law and Family Violence and Child Protection Systems (the National Framework).
This paper builds on the paper ‘Coordinated approaches to family safety: supporting information sharing between the family law and criminal justice and child protection systems’ that was circulated to a number of stakeholders in October 2020, as a basis for feedback and continued discussion.
