Sunshine FRC, in collaboration with the Victorian Family Law Pathways Network - Greater Melbourne, are hosting a local event designed for the legal profession, to explain the FDR process for property disputes. The event will provide:
An explanation of how property disputes are resolved in the FDR process;
An explanation of how lawyers can be involved in the FDR process; and
An opportunity to network with other Family Law Professionals in the Western Suburbs.
We are pleased to work with Sunshine FRC to provide this event to practitioners in the Western Suburbs, and to continue to build local networking opportunities in establishing the Western collaborative group.
